Customer Reviews

My experience with Smarter Home Renovations has been very positive. I love that it is a family business. Tony and Milan work together very well. They are professional, polite, considerate, they work really hard and they do a great job! I am very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

I contacted Smarter Home Renovations as my bathroom in Avondale Heights required a renovation due to a broken pipe within the slab. Tony was so helpful and was prompt to coordinate a quote. The communication between himself, the real estate and tenant was outstanding. Tony sent photos of the renovation through each stage as I was interstate. The bathroom was kept clean and safe during the entire renovation. The renovation looks modern and neat, the broken pipe fixed, as it should have been plumbed in the first place! Thank you Tony and your team of tradies.

We had a great renovation experience with Tony, Milan and their team of trades. The team of builders, plumber, tilers, electrician and painters were all highly experienced and took pride in their craft. They were all very considerate of our needs and, being over Christmas, were very accommodating of working around our holidays. We were very happy with the workmanship and cost which needed some flexibility as we could not know the extent of water damage to subfloor structures between the ground and first floor until after some demolition. I would strongly recommend anyone looking to renovate to speak to Tony and see what they could do for you.

We are delighted with our new bathroom. Tony made the entire process very easy for us, which is what you want when renovating. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very patient with all our questions and provided great advice on the design and installation. The workmanship was of high quality and the quote was highly competitive. Highly recommend Tony and his team!

From the outset, Tony guided us through the design and installation process with great expertise. We had specific ideas for our bathroom, and Tony not only implemented them but also provided valuable insights into feasibility, aesthetics, and functionality. While renovation projects often involve difficult decisions, Tony and his team handled them with professionalism and skill. A massive thanks to Tony, Milan, and the entire crew at Smarter Home Renovations. Working with them was truly a pleasure.

Thank you, Tony and your team, for a stressless and wonderful bathroom renovation. Our 4-year-old townhouse bathroom and ensuite showers had serious leakage issues, with water leaking into the walls and between floors. The builder was happy to silicone the problem as a solution. The only options were to replace the showers, or a full renovation for both rooms. We chose the latter. Tony provided a competitive quote. Despite the inevitable out-of-square bathroom issues, the job was completed without stress, on-time and in budget, and the finish was fabulous. And square. We are now looking at a kitchen update. Tony, find some time. Highly recommend Tony and the team.

Tony and team, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me with the renovations of both bathrooms to my house. There is no better feeling than showering in a brand new bathroom. The kids love theirs too. Will definitely be calling you back for further renovations once I save up some more money. I will be recommending you to family and friends.

Had a small renovation done; the price was agreed on and never changed. Job was done without any problems. Tony was great to deal with, a true professional. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Tony and Milan redid my tired old-looking floor and skirting in the whole kitchen area. Their attention to detail, prompt, friendly, value for money and service is A+. It's good to see that they take your job as if it's their own home they are renovating. LOVE YOUR WORK GUYS AND THANK YOU. I highly recommend.

Had Tony and Milan do a laundry reno for us. Were very quick to reply and organise to meet and see the laundry. Were able to arrange the design to what my mum had hoped for, gave us great options for benchtops and cabinets so we could have it exactly how we wanted it. Were really quick to order what was needed so were able to start a lot sooner than we thought. Really happy with the result.

Absolute pleasure dealing with Tony and his team. His customer service was without a doubt, outstanding! Punctual, always on time, workmanship could not be faulted. He delivered on what he promised and on time. We would not hesitate recommending his services!

Fantastic service and fantastic price. We had our outdoor area fully tiled and our kitchen renovated. They talked me through the process step by step, did what they promised in the time they promised, were always on time and so very friendly. They even went out of their way with additional extras, running around Melbourne buying everything I needed to take the pressure off me. Would recommend you give them a try. The pricing is very reasonable and affordable, and nothing was too big for them to do. Father and son service, fantastic team.

I really can't say enough good things about Smarter Home Renovations! Tony and Milan were wonderful to deal with. Workmanship was great quality, their work ethic was solid and presentation was very professional. I'm extremely pleased with my renovations and would not hesitate to recommend their workmanship. Rang for a quote on a laundry reno. Got told to send an email with plans. Two days later they come back to me with a preliminary quote and a time frame to complete the work. Super impressed with the customer service and straight-talking attitude from Tony. He's a straight shooter. Job completed and extremely happy with the quality, look and feel of the whole laundry. These guys are the best. Thanks Tony!!

We initially talked to Smarter Home Renovations due to their reputation and experience. Plus we were referred to them through someone who had already updated their laundry and they were rapt. Tony was personable, a good listener and made sure he understood our needs. He was very flexible in negotiations, ensuring a win-win outcome. The team were highly professional and excellent communicators making sure the work was completed on schedule and to budget. We now have an attractive and spacious family home which we have no intention of leaving! My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Tony from Smarter Home Renovations.

We had Tony do a renovation on our main bathroom. It was in desperate need of an update. The quote was very reasonable and within our budget. It's hard to find fault with what they did and Tony was always available to answer any questions and address problems along the way. If you need a bathroom renovation give Tony a call.
