Love our new deck!
My experience with Smarter Home Renovations has been very positive. I love that it is a family business. Tony and Milan work together very well. They are professional, polite, considerate, they work really hard and they do a great job! I am very happy with their work and highly recommend them.
Bathroom Renovation - required due to a broken pipe
I contacted Smarter Home Renovations as my bathroom in Avondale Heights required a renovation due to a broken pipe within the slab. Tony was so helpful and was prompt to coordinate a quote. The communication between himself, the real estate and tenant was outstanding. Tony sent photos of the renovation thru each stage as I was interstate. The bathroom was kept clean and safe during the entire renovation. The renovation looks modern and neat, the broken pipe fixed, as it should have been plumbed in the first place! Thank you Tony and your team of tradies.
Bathroom renovation
We had a great renovation experience with Tony, Milan and their team of trades. The team of builders, plumber, tilers, electrician and painters were all highly experienced and took pride in their craft. They were all very considerate of our needs and, being over Christmas, weee very accommodating of working around our holidays. We were very happy with workmanship and cost which needed some flexibility as we could not know the extent of water damage to subfloor structures between the ground and first floor until after some demolition. I would strongly recommend anyone looking to renovate to speak to Tony and see what they could do for you.
