For the decking surface, we selected 140mm x 19mm Merbau timber, renowned for its durability and rich appearance. The boards were meticulously laid along the pool’s length and fastened with stainless steel screws to enhance longevity and provide a clean finish.
Additional Enhancements
During the renovation, we identified that the existing glass-paneled pool fence was unstable due to the faulty sub-frame. We temporarily removed the fence, reinforced the underlying beams, and reinstalled the panels, ensuring they were level and securely anchored.
