Do I need a permit to move my laundry inside in Footscray?
Usually not a planning permit if the work is inside the existing house. If moving the laundry involves an extension or external changes and your home is in a heritage precinct, Maribyrnong City Council may require one. The plumbing and electrical work is done by licensed trades and certified, and we check council requirements before starting.
