Smarter Home Renovations is a family run business, established in 2002 by Tony Simonovski. We have been renovating homes throughout Melbourne for over 20 years, including Aberfeldie, Airport West, Ascot Vale, Avondale Heights, Essendon and Flemington.
We started out specialising in bathroom renovations and have grown to kitchens, laundries, large and small home renovations and outdoor living. From small jobs through to complete home renovations and extensions, our own team of trades, designers and project managers looks after your project from start to finish.

I contacted Smarter Home Renovations as my bathroom in Avondale Heights required a renovation due to a broken pipe within the slab. Tony was so helpful and was prompt to coordinate a quote. The communication between himself, the real estate and tenant was outstanding. Tony sent photos of the renovation through each stage as I was interstate. The bathroom was kept clean and safe during the entire renovation. The renovation looks modern and neat, the broken pipe fixed, as it should have been plumbed in the first place!
